LIGHTING DESIGN CONSULTATION & INSTALLATION:
Why hire a designer only to fall in love with an idea that cannot be built? Not only is our team dedicated to creating the artistic vision of your dreams, but as certified electricians, we also have the training and knowledge to ensure the designs we produce are code-compliant and logistically sound.
- Phase 1: Free initial site visit or blueprint review – we will visit/review your space to learn more about your ideal solution as we use our professional knowledge to guide you (glass or concrete surfaces, straight lines or curves, warm or bright light?). Afterwards, we will give you an estimate for phase 2.
- Phase 2: Research and design – we will source products catered to your vision and budget. Then, an in-depth site visit will take place providing you with mockups to help finalize your ideal lighting solution. Consultation time in phase 2 is billed hourly, and you can add a la carte items such as a construction ready floor-plan.
- Phase 3: Installation estimate – you are given a written installation estimate detailing all aspects of your project (materials, timeline, etc.).
- Phase 4: Construction begins – if you contract your build with us, we will subtract the phase 2 consultation fees from the overall build price.
